Paul Bunyan, Bolla Rolla Carrom Industries, Bongo Board (Big & Teen), Vew-do, Reliable Racing and Fitter Balance Boards

The first time I tried a Bongo Board at Lee's Sporting Goods, Kalamazoo, Michigan in the late 1960s, I was hooked for life. The idea was to stand on a piece of wood approximately 12" wide x 30" long x 3/4" thick. If that was it I don't think they would have sold many. No, it came with a giant rolling pin that the board "balanced" on. The ones sold today have grip tape on the bottom of the board to keep it from sliding off of the "rock"(roller). If you were ever at a party with a balance board, expect some damage to people and property. To be continued...
